Product Returns

1. All products can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of being received.
2. There is a 20% re-stocking fee if you purchased wrong item, or you no longer want/need the item. Shipping, handling, and insurance costs are non-refundable.
3. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
4. All products must be returned in original packing materials.
5. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization. Returns and/or exchanges will not be accepted unless RMA has been issued by our service team. To receive an RMA (Returns Merchandise Authorization).
