No Price Protection
PartsWindow does not offer any type of price protection or stock rotation. We often drop prices suddenly and without notice.
RMA’s
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for all returns. Returns will not be processed without an RMA form.
You Pay Shipping Charges
When you place an order, after you get to the final confirmation page, we will immediately email you a confirmation of your order. Should you discover any errors, please contact us immediately. If the order has been shipped out, the shipping charge is non-refundable.
Refused Shipments
If a shipment is refused for any reason, customer is responsible for the freight charge incurred. PartsWindow also reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee.
Warranty Limitations
PartsWindow cannot warrant an item that has been improperly used or physically damaged.
30 Days Period for Returns
Returns are allowed, but only within the 30 days receipt, for any orders that are not to your expectation. Returns after this time period are at the complete discretion of PartsWindow and will incur a substantial restock fee.
Damaged Items or Missing Parts
Damaged items or missing parts / accessories not as advertised must be reported within 7 business days of receipt of product.
Defective Item Return
Customer MUST CAREFULLY PACK defective items being returned, as if they were new and working, with ALL originally included parts and accessories. FAILURE TO DO SO may invalidate both the RMA and the warranty.
Limited Warranty
Warranties may be limited on some items. Please check our sales literature and your invoice to verify the warranty is as expected.

You may interact with the PartsWindow Properties in numerous ways, including Reviews & Ratings, videos, Questions and Answers, , testimonials, and e-mail communication. You hereby grant PartsWindow a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable right and license to use, modify, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, delete, and distribute any information (except order information sent via e-mail or phone) or materials you send to us throughout the world in any media. You also grant us the right to use the name you use when you submit content to us, in connection with that content. When you submit content to us, you will disclose any affiliation you have and you will not submit anything that contains harmful computer code, references other websites, or is false, misleading, illegal, defamatory, libelous, hateful, racist, biased, threatening, or harassing.
